1. THE BRIEF
Perception was asked to supply technical support to one of our long-standing clients for the Creditflux symposium and improved on last years event by introducing a central presentation by way of a 5 x 3m 2.9 pitch videowall.
2. THE PREFACE
Once again we were back and working with Mergermarket (now known as Acuris). This time it was via their Creditflux brand for their annual London symposium. The event was held at the Landmark Hotel, London and followed by their prestigious awards ceremony, highlighting Creditflux manager of the year.
3. THE EVENT
We arrived on site and began transforming the Grand Ballroom for their conference. We added a 5m LED Screen, with 55” relay screens on Parabella stands distributed throughout the rest of the room. To that was added an 8m Litedeck stage for the guest speakers and panels along with a large-scale D&B PA throughout the rest of the room. A Chauvet moving head stage wash and uplighting captured the venues excellent features in the ceiling, giving that wow factor as delegates entered the room. Our team managed to subtly compliment the room during the conference with fixed lighting, providing a professional feel throughout the day in conjunction with expert technical support.
During the awards, we ramped up the effects with haze and moving lighting strings to congratulate the winners and celebrate the success of Creditflux over the past 12 months. Our team of video technicians managed to seamlessly switch between presentations and live camera feeds all shown on the LED Screen to the audience.
4. THE FEEDBACK
The client was exceptionally happy with the delivery, execution, and completion of the event. So much so we were commissioned to produce their alternate brands for an event in the Cotswold.
