Discovery & Concept Development

Initial consultation to understand your vision, goals, audience, brand, awards mechanics and how many awards you are presenting.
Define the event theme, timeline & running order, creative direction, and key moments (opening, award segments, performances, closing).
Create mood boards, stage design sketches, and show flow concepts.

Technical Design & Planning

Assess venue, room and potential layout options.
Develop detailed production schematics including stage design, lighting plots, audio design, and video content strategy.
Identify all technical requirements in association with project budget and venue limitations.
Build a master production schedule & show team.

Pre-Production, Build & Rehearsals

Coordinate with vendors, talent, and presenters to ensure all technical and creative elements are ready.

Organise on-site technical rehearsals, including presenter run-throughs and cue-to-cue.
