1. THE BRIEF
We divided the entire space at the Sorting Office into various spaces as per our brief for Body Shop. Each area had all the technical requirements from lighting audiovisual support. We worked with Exposure to create the most magnificent space we could. The project was a 3-day build and took 13 of our best men and women to complete.
2. THE PREFACE
There were lots of little touches that added to the experience. Our multi-channel wireless headphone kits played soothing sound bites. Sounds of whales, forests, or a world-famous motivational speaker.
3. THE EVENT
A journey took the consumer on a tour of the product ranges under the theme of Nature and Summer Party. On arrival, guests watched imagery of the new advertising campaign. They then went on a journey through six themed experiences to the party at the end. Each room provided experiences for all the 5 senses and allowed for the product demonstration.
Perception provided Large and Small Screen Projection. We included Video Control, Lighting intelligent and Audio systems zoned for each experience. We also provided the live Dj system for the end party. Full technical support was on hand throughout to produce all aspects of the brief.
4. THE FEEDBACK
We made full and ultimate use of the space and the client was delighted with the results.
