Our streaming service has been tailored to help our clients with their upcoming events during this uncertain time. These packages are based around a traditional event format, albeit without an audience. However, if you wish to have a small audience, you can easily add on a PA system to engage them.

This provides a viable option to host the event and manage the risk associated with the spread of COVID-19. All equipment (microphones in particular) are cleaned using isopropyl alcohol before and after your event to minimise the risk of transmission.

Streaming the event offers delegates the option to interact with panelists and ask questions from any location. If you have panelists who cannot or would prefer not to be at the event in person, they can call in via Zoom and attend virtually.

Please note that all packages are dependant on a suitable wired Internet connection at the location, but we can offer a 4G connectivity solution as an alternative.

In conjunction with this, you also have the ability for a second presenter to call in via Zoom for two-way communications with both the panel and your delegates.

Your presenter can either call in using their own webcam or for increased quality we can send a technician and high quality conferencing set up to their location.
