Tim started off by doing anything and everything at Perception from repairing our gear to looking after the smaller jobs. That quickly escalated to Tim becoming Project Manager with responsibility for larger projects.

Tim takes everything in his stride, always remaining cool under pressure.

In his spare time, you’ll often see him working on his bike, creating non-burning fire, or tinkering in the warehouse.
