Virtual Stream for Axora
THE BRIEF
Due to COVID, the original brief of a virtual stream didn’t take place but planning was made for a remote show for this year. The first concept was discussed. With guidance, we proceeded forward with a technical flow chart to produce the run-of-show that would work for live presenters, pre-records, presentations and remote callers. The branded backdrop was ‘Good Morning Britain’ style.
THE PREFACE
From the ROS, the tech team did remote speed tests with the incoming calls to check their internet capabilities. We then did a full rehersal.
THE EVENT
Perception produced a show that was well received online and locally by attendees, presenters and clients. Our client was full of praise for the online virtual stream, the ease of show, and the technical assistance we provided. Well-organised Project management, coupled with Account management experience is key.
